Interim Report on Design Brief (Explained through Tetrahedron Model)

Me:

I'm me, Alex/Chad. I read Monocle Magazine. I like Monocle Magazine. I'm a student & I've been assigned the task to look into how Monocle can benefit from the ideas that I've come up with.

Context:

Monocle Magazine - It covers a broad range of topics: Global affairs, business, travel, design, & lifestyle.
If it was a person, it would have its own characteristics - Sophisticated, sleek, masculine, and intelligent

The ideal reader would be a suitor to such characteristics - someone who's professional, trendy, open-minded, and well travelled. Expatriates, diplomats, and architects all fit the bill.

Question/Idea:

Think of an airport lounge. Most of them are classy, clean, comfortable, tranquil, "posh", and it always has a certain level of exclusivity - First class lounge, business class lounge, executive lounge, etc.

Now imagine a "Monocle Lounge".
The principle is the same as an airport lounge, except it offers something different - it offers the enjoyment that a reader experiences when that same person is reading Monocle. Visually, the lounge would illustrate an architectural build that expresses the same feel of the Magazine.
